Markéta Maroszová, Ph.D.

Markéta Maroszová is a member of the Department of Social Sciences at the European Research University. She started her teaching career during her Master’s studies at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she taught Law and Public Administration at the faculty high school. After completing her master’s studies, she started her doctoral studies in Pedagogy and in 2011 she successfully completed her doctoral studies in this field. Her dissertation focused on school stress management in relation to perceptions of school climate, combining existing and current research findings from both psychology and education. After completing her doctoral studies, she worked as an educator in secondary and primary schools, extending her qualifications to include primary school first grade education. By combining her work in several areas of education, she refined meaningful work practices, clarified the main principles of time management to increase efficiency and found applicable ways of managing workload not only in pedagogical and managerial practice.
