Miroslav Ondrúš is a member of the Department of Social Sciences at the European Research University. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in Olomouc, where he received his M.A. D. in Civil Law, and later completed the rigorous rigorous examination at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in the same field, where he obtained the degree of JUDr. He also completed the LL.M. programme in Corporate Governance. In his scientific activities he focuses on research in the field of civil law. Within this field he is also active in the field of publications and projects. He also works at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University in olomouc. He regularly participates in scientific conferences, publishes in professional law journals and participates in the creation of important commentaries on the Civil Code. Miroslav Ondrúš is also an attorney at law with a focus on general practice. He provides legal services related to the implementation of several construction projects where the cost of works exceeded CZK 1 billion. He also has extensive experience in providing legal advice to businesses, focusing on contractual relations and compensation for damages.
