Radim Kalabis, Ph.D.

Radim Kalabis is a member of the Department of Social Sciences at the European Research University. He graduated from the rigorosum proceedings in the field of Substantive Civil Law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague (JUDr.), and completed his Master’s studies in the Law and Legal Science programme at the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University in Brno (Mgr.). He completed his doctoral studies in Civil Law (Ph.D.) at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University. He also completed a Master’s degree in History and Civic Education at the Faculty of Education of the University of Ostrava (Mgr.). He is currently completing his education by studying Canon Law in the Master’s follow-up studies at the Faculty of Law of Comenius University in Bratislava. Since 2007 he has also been working in the legal profession. He deals with criminal law and civil law (within the framework of matrimonial and family law and contract law), as well as legal regulation of advertising. Professionally, he also deals with selected issues of administrative law. He focuses his scientific activity on private law, canon law and the legal regulation of artificial intelligence and autonomous systems.
