Simona Mihai-Yiannaki, Ph.D.

Simona Mihai-Yiannaki is a distinguished expert in executive financial training and consulting, with extensive experience in World Bank projects and as a successful applicant for the Financial Service User Group (FSUG) of the European Commission. Her consultancy work spans Mergers and Acquisitions (M&As), corporate banking, finance, investments, and risk management, specifically within the Central and South Eastern European banking sectors. She is also adept at nurturing start-ups and developing existing businesses. Simona has an impressive portfolio of international conference presentations and teaching engagements.
