
Michal Ztratil is a member of the PRIGO University College of the European Research University. Involved in teaching courses related to social security, such as Social Security Law, Social Security System and Social Security Administration. He holds a Master's degree in Management and Marketing from Tomas Bata University in Zlín. Since 1992, he has been employed at the Czech Social Security Administration, where he has held senior positions since 2005, first as Deputy Director of the Regional Social Security Administration for the Moravian-Silesian Region. Currently he is the Director of the District Social Security Administration in Ostrava. He specialises mainly in the field of sickness insurance and social security premiums. He is also the author of a number of professional publications in this field, especially articles in the magazine Work and Wages (Wolters Kluwer publishing house).
