Assoc. Prof. Tomáš Sejkora, PhD

Tomáš Sejkora is a full-time associate professor at the European Research University. Within civil law, his research focuses primarily on financial law, taxation, and subsidies, although he also publishes in other areas, particularly private law. In addition to his academic and research work, he practises as a lawyer and is the managing solicitor of a law firm. From 2017 to 2023, he held a full-time position at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague. At the European Research University, he is responsible for the five-year Master’s programme in Law and Legal Science, which is currently undergoing accreditation. He also teaches courses primarily in financial law, commercial law, and private law.
