Mgr. Jakub Wolf
Jakub Wolf is Deputy Head of the Global Research Initiative at the European Research University. In this role, he co-coordinates the activities of the European Research Colleges, supports the development of the university’s international research network, and contributes to the implementation of research projects and initiatives across ERC centres. He is also involved in the management and editorial coordination of DANUBE, the university’s academic journal.
He studied International Territorial Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, and Political Theory and Contemporary History at the Faculty of Arts of the same university. His academic background combines expertise in political thought, contemporary history, and international studies.
Prior to joining ERUNI, he worked as a multilingual translator and editor of academic journals and scholarly publications. He also served as an adviser to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, gaining valuable experience in public administration, policy development, and strategic communication.
