Prof. Milana Hrušáková

Prof. JUDr. Milana Hrušáková, CSc.

Milana Hrušáková is a full-time professor at the European Research University. Within civil law, her research focuses primarily on family law. She contributed to the recodification of the Civil Code and was named Lawyer of the Year in 2009. From 2008 to 2016, she served as Dean of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she continues to serve as a member of the Scientific Board. At the European Research University, she teaches courses primarily in private law and family law.
