Tuition fee scholarship.

About the scholarship
The tuition fee scholarship is not considered a scholarship under the Higher Education Act or the Scholarship Rules of the European Research University. It is an award from the “For the Future” Endowment Fund, established in accordance with its founding purpose, which includes providing scholarships to students from institutions within the PRIGO Group, of which the European Research University is a member. This scholarship supports the university's goal of ensuring open access to education for all motivated, hardworking, and ambitious students, regardless of their social or other disadvantages. In line with the university's strategic priorities, it is primarily awarded to students enrolled in full-time, research-oriented, or internationally-focused programmes.

Decision on the scholarship award

It is important to note that there is no legal entitlement to a Research Scholarship, and the decision-making process, as well as the decision itself, lies solely within the competence of the PRO BUDOUCNOST Endowment Fund. There is no appeal process against the decision, and the decision need not be justified. The assessment is confidential and considered an internal document. Scholarships may be withdrawn or reduced in the event of disciplinary violations or other serious or repeated misconduct. The scholarship will be revoked immediately if the student is found to have significant unauthorised absences or if there are serious doubts about the timely completion of their studies within the standard duration. The scholarship may also be revoked if it harms the reputation of the Endowment Fund, the ERUNI, or the PRIGO Group.

The scholarship decision will be made within 30 days of submitting the application.

Duration of the scholarship

The scholarship is awarded for the following academic year.
